Christof Gilnhammer has been the member of the Management Board responsible for "Value Chain Management" and COO at HAWE Hydraulik SE since January 2024. This Management Board area is responsible for the entire value chain worldwide.
Digitalization, automation and sustainability in the value chain are topics that Mr Gilnhammer is actively driving forward. He is very familiar with the requirements of the markets and therefore of HAWE customers. Delivery reliability, quality and process stability, while always looking ahead to new technologies. HAWE is valued for this by its customers worldwide. Christof Gilnhammer knows the associated company divisions and processes and shaped the HAWE plant network for 7 years as Head of Industrial Engineering before taking over the Management Board department. Prior to this, he managed the HAWE production sites in Kaufbeuren, Munich and Sachsenkam in succession. As project manager in a cross-location internal reorganization project, he was able to gain a holistic overview of the HAWE plant network and its supply chains.
While working, Christof Gilnhammer completed a Master's degree in Executive Management at the China Europe International Business School. After training as a mechanical engineer at HAWE, he studied mechanical engineering at Munich University of Applied Sciences and then worked in work preparation as an equipment designer, technology expert and project manager.
Christof Gilnhammer is privately involved in child protection and environmental protection and plays the double bass and piano in his spare time.
